The Sister Formation Course aims at providing the Sisters a sound, holistic integrated formation, enabling each of them to live her religious life meaningfully as a woman of God, docile to the spirit, capable of facing the challenges of life and of responding to the needs of our contemporary society, thus journeying towards holiness
The course content is organized to run through the academic year to help the students to gradually deepen their knowledge and understanding of Scripture, Doctrinal and pastoral approaches in ministry, and become a well-integrated religious, who is able to give a prophetic response to the contemporary society. This process included lectures, personal reflections, group studies exposure programs and six weeks of residential program in which, the sisters had more opportunity for experiential learning and communal sharing.
