Internal Quality Assurance plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality in the total educational experience offered by a university to its students. In view of the same as per the commission circular number 09/2019 of University Grants Commission, a Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) is established at Aquinas College of Higher Studies (ACHS) under the patronage of Vice-Chancellor / Rector.
The main objectives of the CQA are to institutionalize the culture of Quality Assurance in accordance with national guidelines and international practice, to ensure that the institutional procedures are aligned with UGC guidelines and national requirements such as TVEC and NVQ standards, and to develop and maintain a favorable public perception of the institute to improve the quality of education based on the consistent practice of Quality Assurance procedures.
