Department of Crop Management offers 15 courses covering total of 38 credits hours of both theory and practicals for the degree programme. The courses offered by this department will develop the theoretical and practical skills of the undergraduates starting from Fundamentals of Agronomy, Crop Physiology, Field and Plantation Crop Production, Plant protection, Agricultural machinery and Irrigation, Plant Breeding and Crop Improvement, Protected Agriculture and Post-Harvest Technology. Farm Practice Course will be offered at the University Farm to directly interact with Soil and Crop Management and Post-Harvest Technology to develop skills and hands on experiences. Many State and Private farms will be visited to fulfill the practical training.
